Fortunately, most of the experience was good this time but after 2 previous attempts that were abusive in how I was handled, today's assertion by the city planning department in the report was not easy to see out of. The long duration of holding customers and repetitive circumstances naturally weaken the defenses if the customer reps are not trained to be kind and care. The need to assure the customer leaves content need be an aim or to have incentives for this could assure the customer a safe experience in commerce and government settings when trying to resolve a problem or concern.
