In yoga class today I set up my mat with the men who were on their lunch break in Century City. The women were on the other side. I was able to keep up with them but I realized that psychologically it became challenging when the man next to me asserted his mind in a stable posture. For some reason, it was an assault to my mind that I could not remove. I had to patiently work with it until it left. Fortunately, he was not overly-aggressive so it finally did leave. At the end during the Savsana this happened again but I fell into an inner core that he could not reach. The risk was that I would be exposed by doing this, or, a world that I know to be true and peaceful. I finally released the Light to share and returned to the room.
