Wouldn't it be important to include women who do not necessarily match male power in their leadership but embody the vision and values within a feminine identity that can also lead a people and make a great city? I am certain that female power (less asserting) will someday gain as much credence in political echelons and leadership as male authority has historically held (American history). It will become essential for a healthy society and people. NOT THE SAME BUT EQUAL is the slogan I would capture for this work ahead for all of us...men and women. The challenge is that it will take hard work for the system to recognize feminine power as a legitimate political force that can lead a community, nation and world.
